| Over fifteen years of experience in civic and environmental issues. Was local coordinator for the Dutch based Urban Waste Expertise Program (UWEP) of the Netherlands between 1998 and 2001. Has coordinated a number of community based programs in solid waste management. Presently, she is the executive trustee of Full Circle and is involved in the daily management of the activities of the trust. |

| An ophthalmologist by profession, Dr. Rao is committed to environmental issues. She provides support to the activities of Full Circle by creating community awareness and participating in the management of the different projects. |

| An environmental engineer with more than decade of experience in rainwater harvesting and solid waste management and has worked with many NGO’s, currently he heads all operations at Full Circle. |

| An engineer by education and an adventure sports trainer by profession, Chethan Karanth has a deep and abiding interest in environmental issues. He helps in managing the projects of Full Circle as well as in the enrolment of volunteers. |
